The Teacher, under the direction of the Principal/Education Director, will primarily be responsible for developing, planning and implementing curriculum, lessons plan, and educational programming for students. They will be required to create and use assessment practices to inform their instruction and evaluate student learning. The teacher will have strong classroom management skills and take a trauma-informed approach in their daily teaching practices. They will have an understanding of universal design for learning and create lessons and activities that engage students of all abilities in their classroom.
