Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe & efficient operation of the Elution/Stripping circuit as per TSSA.
• Operate and Maintain CIP circuit, and regulated equipment such as all plant compressors
• Report any unsafe conditions to your Chief, Lead OE or Mill Supervisor immediately.
• Operate and plan daily activities to ensure efficient stripping, monitoring solution losses and maintaining overall recovery.
• Perform area lockouts, perform heat exchanger plate changes per SOP
• Maintain communication with other departments.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Inspect the circuits regularly to detect any trouble spots and have them corrected as quickly as possible.
• Advise the Chief or Lead OE of any problem areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
