Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:
The oversight of LV maintenance activities on the crew that supports our LV/ service vehicle fleet. Provide directi on and supervision to the crew while working with the Maintenance and welding Foreman’s. This position will also assist in the development of Maintenance employees and the efficient operation of the department.
Oversee the Maintenance
- Maintain safety and environmental systems consistent with business policies
- Establish goals, schedules and prioriti es for the Maintenance Teams
- Plan, organize and control maintenance activities using SAP
- Work closely with the planners on continuous improvement projects involving all maintenance items
- Ensure that drawings and procedures are catalogued and current
- Tour and inspect the Maintenance department and resolve any maintenance, equipment, and safety orpersonnel issues
- Ensure Maintenance team are informed of priorities and any necessary changes
- To oversee maintenance planning and reliability for the LV fleet.
- Develops, implements, and monitors daily maintenance plans within SAP to ensure parts are being reserved inadvance.
- Ensures all aspects of safety policies and procedures are incorporated into the plan.
- Monitors daily work completion and parts issuing
- Review all PM work packets and technicians time spent on PM’s and repair plans.
- Maintains maintenance and repair records
- Contribute to the budgeting process.
- Complete LV maintenance schedule in Prometheous and communicate to designated departments and vehicle‘owners’.

Manage the LV crews.
- Provide leadership in the recruitment and selection of Maintenance employees.
- Ensure employees have a clear understanding of work objectives and expectations of performance levels.
- Ensure that direct reports and Maintenance staff are provided with the training required.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
- Complete all time entry, vacation requests and scheduling.
- Ensure order discipline requirements within SAP
- Ensure quality workmanship and provide coaching as required
