The Corporations of Fort Frances Native Urban & Wahkaihganun Futures are hiring a Contract
Building Maintenance Worker
The Building Maintenance Worker, under the direction of Housing Manager, is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair for Fort Frances Native Urban/Futures Wahkaihganun Corporations. The incumbent completes general carpentry and electrical repair and maintenance work as required. The Building Maintenance Worker also performs basic repairs and maintenance on the mechanical operating systems found within.
Requirements
Post-Secondary school diploma in a related field or completion ofa craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent;
Minimum 5 years work experience in building maintenance;
Valid Driver’s License, Insurance and Vehicle;
Criminal & Vulnerable checks required upon hire.
Salary negotiation based on credentials and experience
