Summary of Position: Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Land-Based Mental Health Worker provides holistic, culturally grounded mental health and wellness services that connect individuals, families, and communities to the healing power of the land. This role integrates traditional Indigenous healing practices with clinical and community-based approaches to promote mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. The worker will engage clients in land-based activities, ceremonies, and teachings that foster identity, resilience, and connection, supporting recovery and wellness from a trauma-informed and culturally safe perspective.
